The Turbo Turtle promise

Know exactly what to expect.

Our goal is to help you make an informed decision—not pressure you into services you don’t need.

Clear scope of work

Your estimate identifies the surfaces, cleaning method, included work, and anything excluded.

The right treatment

We match pressure, chemistry, and technique to the material instead of treating every surface the same.

Your approval first

If we discover additional work, we explain the options and price before doing anything extra.

What’s included

Maintenance cleaning vs. specialty treatment.

Some discoloration is surface grime. Other stains are chemically bonded, absorbed into the material, or caused by deterioration.

Standard Cleaning

  • Dirt and Arizona desert dust
  • Cobwebs and surface debris
  • Organic growth and routine buildup
  • General exterior grime

Optional Specialty Treatments

  • Oil and grease stains
  • Rust and irrigation staining
  • Oxidation and mineral deposits
  • Paint, gum, adhesive, or tire marks
Honest-results policy:

Specialty treatment can produce major improvement, but some permanent staining or material damage may remain. We’ll explain realistic expectations before you spend additional money.

Why stains behave differently

Cleaning is more than adding pressure.

Excessive pressure can permanently damage stucco, siding, roofing, concrete, and painted finishes. Professional cleaning relies on the safest effective combination of water flow, controlled pressure, chemistry, dwell time, and rinsing.

Oil penetratesPorous concrete can absorb oil below the visible surface.
Rust bondsMineral staining usually requires targeted chemistry—not harder spraying.
Oxidation is deteriorationFaded or chalky material may be a degraded coating rather than removable dirt.

Before we arrive

A little preparation goes a long way.

Preparing the work area helps us protect your property, work efficiently, and keep the final price close to your estimate.

Move vehicles away from the work area.
Remove patio furniture, rugs, cushions, and decorations.
Relocate potted plants and hanging baskets.
Close and securely latch windows and doors.
Keep people and pets safely away from work areas.
Unlock gates and provide access to scheduled areas.
Secure bird feeders, wind chimes, flags, and fragile items.
Tell us about leaks, damaged outlets, or delicate landscaping.
Need help getting ready?

Let us know before your appointment. When scheduling allows, we can move ordinary patio items for an additional handling charge. Extremely heavy, fragile, hazardous, or connected items cannot be moved by our technicians.

Common questions

Helpful answers before you book.

Will pressure washing remove every stain?

No company can honestly promise that every stain will disappear. Dirt and organic buildup usually respond very well, while absorbed oil, rust, oxidation, mineral deposits, and damaged coatings may require specialty treatment or may remain partially visible.

Why do oil and rust treatments cost extra?

They require different chemicals, added dwell time, testing, and sometimes repeated applications. We identify those conditions and quote the treatment separately so customers who don’t need it aren’t charged for it.

Do I need to move patio furniture?

Yes, ordinary movable items should be cleared before arrival. If you arrange it in advance, preparation assistance may be available for an additional handling charge.

Is soft washing safe for stucco, siding, and roofing?

Soft washing uses controlled pressure and a surface-appropriate cleaning solution. We select the process based on the material and existing condition rather than using one method everywhere.

What if you discover something after work begins?

We stop, explain what we found, and provide the price and options. Additional work is not performed without your approval.
